Substance Painter, a tool for texturing 3D-models, focused on the next generation of game developers. The program allows you to quickly create light, ready to use textures using "intuitive interface" - and to put it simply, "outlining" texture model, similar to how it is done in Mari.
Substance Painter allows you to literally "outline" model textures, similar to how it is implemented in packages Mari and BodyPaint 3D. Among the interesting features - the ability to modify the UV-scanning as you like; Each brush stroke is stored as an editable curve, so that its shape can tinker even post factum. The most interesting feature is probably the system brushes based on particles (this technology was developed by Popcorn FX). These brushes allow you to create a wide range of procedural texture effects - dirt, cracks, rust, traces of clashes and so on. D.
